Highly resilient
All our welding tables are generously dimensioned, super-stable and generally optimised with FEM calculations.
Precise clamping of workpieces
With coordinate marking of the bores in the X and Y directions on the welding table, continuous gridlines with a spacing of 100 mm or 50 mm and precision scaling with millimetre graduation.
Hardened welding table surface
Extends the service life of the welding tables and makes them particularly resistant to scratches, nicks and wear. Even with intensive use, the flatness is maintained.
Protective countersinks and rounded table edges
Bores with protective countersinking for optimum insertion of bolts and clamps on the welding table and simultaneous protection of the welding table surface against material indentations. Table outer edges optimised by radii.
Flexible clamping
Additional bores in the welding table side posts for even more clamping options. For all D28 system lines, 3-row bore pattern on the table sides, 50 mm grid in the top and bottom rows and additional 100 mm grid in the centre.
Extremely solid for
highest load capacity
Extremely sturdy design ensures highest payloads for the welding table – up to 3,000 kg per leg. The pivoting leg based on round tube does not get caught on or collide with the edges of the table legs.
Cross ribbing
Improved table reinforcement through additional cross ribbing of the welding table increases the stability and strength of the work surface, especially under extremely high loads.
Leg sleeve
The leg sleeve of the welding table leg prevents pinching, reduces wear of the tube assembly and protects the threaded spindle from dirt and wear. Finely adjustable with simple and stable attachment.
