Accessibility
We want all our customers to be able to use our online shop easily, including with a keyboard, a screen reader or magnification. This page describes how far we have come and what is still missing.
Scope
This statement applies to the online shop at shop.demmeler.com. The online shop is aimed exclusively at business customers. We publish this statement voluntarily.
Our goal
We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, conformance level AA.
Current status
The online shop is currently only partially accessible. We are aware of the following limitations:
- Zoom: On smartphones and tablets, the page currently cannot be enlarged with a two-finger gesture.
- Image slider on the home page: The images change automatically and cannot be paused.
- Images: Some images do not yet have a text description for screen readers.
- Wish list and product comparison: These functions can only be used to a limited extent with a keyboard and screen reader.
We are fixing these issues step by step and will update this page. We cannot guarantee the accessibility of services provided by third parties, such as our whistleblowing system.
